This is a beautiful handmade bib necklace from the 1980s is made of mixed metals with a lot of embedded Afghani lapis lazuli cabochons.  The squarish metal elements have four small round lapis cabochons and dangles of two oval lapis cabochons. The lapis shows variation in color which adds an earthy charm. The effect is simply stunning. The necklace ends in a double handmade chain that eventually thins to one chain with a hook and eye closure. It is really well made and is guaranteed to make a statement.
